OCC ELDERS
Jake Hancock
Jake been part of the OCC community since its founding in 2005 and serving as an elder since 2022. “I accepted the invitation to become an elder with the hope of contributing in any way I can to seeing the Lord’s name glorified through OCC.” says Jake.
Eric Linares
Eric has been an Elder since 2011. When asked why he wanted to be an Elder Eric said,“I wanted to be an Elder to love and serve my church family and honor the Lord with the gifts He's allowed me to use to serve.”
Fred Franz
Fred has been serving as an Elder since Oviedo first became a campus of Northland more than 15 years ago. “I was asked, I prayed, I felt the call to shepherd and encourage the church in Oviedo and God has led that to Africa and other ministries as well.” says Fred.
Dee Ward
Dee has been attending OCC for a little over three years. When asked why he wanted to be an Elder, Dee said “I feel God has equipped me with the education and life experiences to effectively serve alongside our Elders and staff for His glory.”
David Welday
David serves as one of our Elders and has been doing so for 8 years. Before being invited to serve as an elder, David led small groups, served in Children’s Ministry, and he still serves on the Worship Team.
Doug Hill
Doug, has served as an Elders since Oviedo became a Northland campus in 2005. Doug said “My passion in being an elder is for the shepherding of God’s people to further their walk with our Father.”
