College Camping Trip Fall 2025

From November 7-9th, 13 of our College students and Young Adults attended the annual camping trip. We joined over 80 students from campuses and churches around Florida for a weekend of camping at Ginnie Springs. Our students were led in worship, teaching, and Bible study around the fire, and soaked in God's creation through an unplugged weekend of walks in the woods, sports, and kayaking. We are so grateful for our ministry partners at the Coalition for Christian Outreach (CCO) for organizing this annual trip.

Over the weekend, the staff of CCO taught us from Genesis 1, Psalm 19, and 1 Thessalonians 1 to pay attention to the relationships God has put in our lives, relationships with God, others, ourselves, and creation that must be stewarded well. Though these relationships can each have difficulties, they can each be a source of joy and flourishing when ordered according to God's word. Our students were invited to pay attention to the things that the busyness of College life can drown out.

Every year, the most impactful part of this trip is disconnecting with the daily routine to reconnect with God and one another. We doubled our attendance on the trip from last year, and are so excited to see how God will use this event in the years to come.
